CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total service cost. If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness (fever, cough, sore throat, etc.), please reschedule as soon as possible to prevent spreading germs. Clients who arrive visibly sick may be asked to reschedule and will be subject to the 50% cancellation fee. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice or arrive 15 minutes or more past their scheduled time will be considered a no-call, no-show, forfeit their appointment time, and will be charged 75% of the total service cost. Cancellation and no-show fees must be paid before booking future appointments. If a client has two or more no-call, no-show occurrences, prepayment for future services may be required.
